Shipping
Most items are available from stock - however some may be special order or in the unlikely event of out of stock we will advise you and offer a full refund should you not wish to wait. We ship to the UK for a Fixed rate of £3.75 inc VAT per order. We ship using First Class Recorded Royal Mail.
Returns/Cancellation Rights
We follow the guidelines of the European Directive which is part of the UK Law - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations of 2000.
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods/services must be returned to our trading address in good condition and complete, and you may have to pay the shipping costs/set-upfees (We will advise you if you have to pay the shipping costs by email and/or in writing).

We will act quickly to process the cancellation and will always issue a refund within the statutory 30 days and within the terms of our Bank Acquirers Agreement. We will acknowledge your cancellation within 48 working hours.

If you have a problem or any other issue in connection with any goods or services provided by us we will:
Ensure that we acknowledge your Customer Care issue with 48 hours of receiving an Email or Telephone call.
Once we have received your Complaint/Concern we will: act with care
ensure confidentially
be fair in our decision
conclude that matter as quickly as possible
Keep you informed of the progress of the issue
Ensure that our procedure is effect by monitoring it and changing it, if improvements can be made
Resolve the issue within 5 working days.
One of our Managers will always review the issue to ensure a Fair response.
